Who we are
Most homes across Greater Victoria built between the 1950s and the 1990s are now hitting the age where their original perimeter drains give out. When that happens, water backs up against the foundation and finds its way into basements and crawl spaces. We focus on exactly that problem, and we do the work ourselves rather than treating drainage as a sideline.
That focus matters because Victoria drainage is its own puzzle. Dense marine clay holds water instead of draining it, and our wet coastal winters put months of steady water load against the foundation. A drainage system built for a dry climate does not hold up here. We build for local conditions, every time.
How we work
Every job starts with a site assessment. We look at your grade, downspouts, soil, and where water is actually showing up, then tell you honestly what is going on. If a French drain or crawl-space system is all you need, we will say so rather than sell a full replacement. When replacement is the right call, you get the scope, price, and timeline in writing before we break ground.
